Carving the Pumpkin

We were both very excited for our first Halloween together. This is David carving our very first pumpkin. We got it really cheap at Macey's, our FAVORITE grocery store.

Yes, it is very creepy to stick your hand

in a dark hole filled with slimy stuff...

... but once you get it out, it's fun to play with!

We forgot to get a picture of the final product,
but it turned out great, and OF COURSE
it had a gap in its teeth! =)
